How much do you charge for a website?

Every website is unique. Based on a consultation, I customize any package to your specific business goals and needs. Contact me directly for a quote! 

How long does it take to build a website?

A typical website build can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks. Every project is different depending on the level of customization you require. Once I know the full scope of the project, I will provide a specific web design timeline for your project.

How do we communicate throughout the website build?

We will be able to communicate through e-mail, phone calls and text messages during the website build. I pride myself on being accessible to my clients throughout the design process. You’ll be able to contact me whenever you have questions or ideas as I design your website.

What will you need from me?

This depends on the scope of the project but some main key items i’ll need from you are:

  • Brand guide (logos, brand rules, etc)
  • Your hosting/domain login information
  • Any images or videos you would like to use
  • Example websites you like and dislike
  • Website mood board (if desired)

What if I don’t like the website?

I am dedicated to collaborating with you at every stage, offering support for your website even after completing the web design. It’s vital to me that you adore your site as much as I delight in crafting it. If you’re not completely satisfied, open communication is key—we’ll continue working together until we achieve the perfect result.

Do you offer a payment schedule?

Certainly! I break down the project into two milestones. The first milestone involves a 50% deposit to initiate the work, and the final payment is due upon completion of your website. Any additional hourly work undertaken during the project will be invoiced at the end of the respective month. If you require more flexibility, I am open to collaborating to find a suitable arrangement.

Can I update the website myself once it’s been built?

Absolutely! My goal is to empower you to have full control over your website. I utilize user-friendly website builders like Divi, Elementor, and others to ensure that you can easily manage your website. Before handing over the completed design, I provide a thorough demonstration on how to use the platform so that you feel confident and well-prepared.

Additionally, I offer maintenance packages and short 5-minute Loom videos to assist you with any updates or modifications as needed. Let me know if this support is required.

I want to have an email signup form on my website. Can we do this?

Of course! We’ll work together to pick the best e-mail platform for your website. From there, I will be able to design a custom e-mail sign-up form to integrate on your website that fits with your brand.

How many pages do I get with my website?

The number of pages included in your website will depend on the scope of the project and can vary based on your specific requirements. Typically, a standard website comprises around 5 pages: home, about, services, blog, and contact. However, the package can be customized to include additional designed pages as needed to accommodate your unique needs.

Will you write the text for me?

Certainly! I can craft the copy for your website, although this would involve an additional fee. The cost can vary based on the specific requirements of the client, typically ranging from approximately $200 to $500 per page.

How do you build my website?

I can work with the specific theme and builder you prefer, but I recommend using WordPress as your CMS and Divi or Elementor as your website theme and builders. I’m also experienced with Webflow, Squarespace, and Wix if needed. Your choice depends on what best suits your needs and preferences.

I don’t want to use WordPress, can I choose another?

Yes, I can build a website on multiple platforms. I can use Webflow, Wix, Squarespace or Shopify for your website. I personally suggest WordPress because of the ease and accessibility it will give you when the site is handed over.

I already have a website; can you change it?

Certainly! If you already have a website, I can create your new website using your current one as a reference point. This can be done on a staging site or by using a temporary domain on my server. Once the new website design is complete, I’ll seamlessly replace the existing one with the new version.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Yes! All my designs are created to be mobile and tablet friendly. I know that over 50% of internet users are viewing your website from a mobile device and my goal is to connect your customers with your brand.

Do I actually need a website?

Absolutely! A website is essential. It serves as the initial impression of your business for potential customers who are seeking your services online. Will you buy stock images for me?

Yes. I will purchase stock photos on your behalf as needed and it can be added into the project scope.

Can I take payments on my site?

Yes! With my custom websites, I can create membership or e-commerce sites with payment gateways like Stripe, Paypal or Authorize.
